Return window
Items can be returned within fourteen calendar days from the delivery date. The window starts on the day the package is received at the address listed on the order.
Condition of returned items
Returned items should arrive unused, in their original packaging and with the included paperwork. Items that show signs of use beyond a brief inspection cannot be accepted, since the kit is intended for daily office use.
How to start a return
- Send a short message through the contact form including the order reference and the reason for the return.
- The studio confirms the return within one business day and shares the return address.
- Pack the item carefully and send it back through a tracked courier service of your choice.
- Once the item arrives and the inspection is complete, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs
The original delivery cost is refunded only if the return is due to an item that arrived damaged or different from the description. Returns based on personal preference are processed at the cost of the sender.
Refund timing
Refunds are usually issued within five business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The exact timing depends on the payment provider used at the time of the order.
Damaged items on arrival
If a package arrives damaged, please take a photograph before opening if possible, and write to the studio within forty-eight hours of delivery. The team will arrange a replacement or a full refund without additional shipping fees.
Items that cannot be returned
Custom or bulk-order items prepared specifically for a single office cannot be returned, except in the case of a damaged delivery. The studio always confirms this clearly before accepting a custom order.
