How the library stays neutral

No outcome promises

Modules describe movements, not benefits. There are no claims about pain relief, energy boosts, or other specific outcomes.

No personal targets

The library does not track individual progress, streaks or scores. Movement is described as an everyday office routine.

Optional everywhere

Every module is presented as optional. Colleagues can stop, skip or adjust at any moment.

Plain, calm language

Modules avoid marketing claims, exaggerated descriptions and emotional pressure throughout the wording.
